Survey of Old Newton Churchyard
Some years ago, the Old Newton WI completed a survey of the gravestones in the
churchyard of St Mary's Old Newton. As this survey is not easily available, I have
made a copy available here.
At some point I may get around to copying this into a more usable form, but for the
moment I have uploaded the survey as scanned PDFs. These reflect the structure
of the survey, which is organised into the different areas of the churchyard,
labelled A to G.
To find a specific name, check the index and then refer to the appropriate section
of the survey.
